Sustainable Development Goals

The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are a universal call to action that applies to every country, challenging everyone to help transform the world for better through 17 global goals and 169 targets. These global goals replaced the 8 Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) in 2016 with a more comprehensive wraparound strategy and approach, from eliminating poverty to increasing and strengthening international cooperation.
